IntuitiveStay™ serves as a comprehensive platform designed for gathering guest feedback and evaluating staff performance in various hospitality settings, including hotels, B&Bs, restaurants, pubs, bars, and Airbnb hosts.

GUEST FEEDBACK

By scanning a QR code, guests can evaluate their experience using the Guest Connection Score™ (GCS™), which assesses four key areas: Empathy, Resilience, Anticipation, and Recognition. Should the scores be unsatisfactory, an immediate alert is sent to management prior to the guest's departure, while positive feedback encourages guests to leave a public review.

OWNER DASHBOARD

The platform features real-time GCS™ data, a daily morning briefing, a staff leaderboard, and a Reputation Gap report that contrasts guest evaluations with staff self-assessments, all without the need for a PMS or a demonstration call.

SERVICE SIGNATURE

Staff members can build a verified performance passport based on actual guest feedback, which includes a shareable profile, a GCS™ certificate, tier advancements from Bronze to Platinum, and QR-verified credentials that employers can easily verify against a live database. This system not only enhances accountability but also fosters a culture of continuous improvement within hospitality teams.

    Summary: We absolutely love it. the staff are more engaged, we have a new level of control over our online reviews (we have already stopped 2 potential negative online reviews), the emotional intelligence courses are a nice touch and its priced perfectly, we are surprised something of this scale is so cheap.

    Positive: Having the ability to catch our hotel reviews before they go live takes a huge pressure off us as small business owners.
    The dashboard is not overwhelming at all and loved the aesthetics
    The morning email telling us what happened the previous day is also a nice touch and makes us not feel like we have to check the dashboard all the time.
    The service signature is amazing, the staff are super excited and it has given them something to focus on whilst also helping our hotel as the staff try much harder

    Negative: nothing as yet still playing around with it all but will report back if anything found.
