    Summary: Terrible customer support, overpromised and under-delivered. don't bother using them. get your software elsewhere.

    Positive: The founders are very wishy washy. Bought a "lifetime" license and included all updates. Then they revoked it and wanted me to pay.

    Negative: They're not to be trusted. Don't waste your money.
