Use free version only but with caution Date: Dec 17 2024
Summary: Only use the free version. I recommend only using the image thumbnail remover and no other features.
Positive: Free version is buggy. Depends on the update. Their quality control has its ups and downs. But is handy in reducing overhead.
Negative: DO NOT BUY the pro version. The pro version requires the free version. In combination they break the back-end of the Wordpress admin. Support doesn't work. They won't answer via FB messenger except to say you have to use the support that doesn't work. The 30 day refund is unreliable as you can't get a refund because support doesn't work.
