    Summary: I started Shelterluv one year ago when I joined a local rescue group, and I gave it a chance because I'm accustomed to learning curves with new applications, but this service is crud. It has always been thoroughly unintuitive, clunky, and stubborn to the point of dysfunctional, but recently it has crossed a new line with business partnerships. When completing adoptions, a page advertising pet insurance appears to the adopter and it cannot be removed by the rescue group (or shelter). This is a terrible reflection to a rescue organization because the adopter does not know that we have no choice or gain from the matter. And it's of course a terrible action of Shelterluv to make such business deals and force it on its customers, and their customers. I am working to move my organization out of this platform.

    Positive: - None, seriously. (This looks like a troll review, but it's the truth. This application has no redeeming qualities.)

    Negative: - Unintuitive
    - Disorganized
    - Ornery (Too many specific requirements for many tasks, and thus unusable for many records)
    - Slow loading pages
    - Its business partnerships are forced on our own customers
