    Summary: I made a deposit, i made a couple of trades and made 100 gain, they took the profit my money are still locked on platform this is safex.inc the same platform listed on coinmarketcap

    Positive: if you make profit they will take it from you and freeze you i've made a deposit with them and got frozen after couple of trades

    Negative: the exchange is a scam they have frozen my account for no reason and can't withdraw my money

    Positive: None.

    Negative: Took three days to acknowledge a wire transfer from bank.
    Refused to take responsibility for their mistake and charged me a fee.
    Very slow to respond to inquiries.
    Once they respond it takes 4-6 minutes every time respond to a question.
    I dealt with them for 5 hours on their customer service chat site one day. Should have taken three minutes to complete.
