    Beware. Company website stops you from cancelling your subscription

    Summary: I would not recommend using Podly. They are not a professional company and have abysmal customer support.

    Positive: Functional software for your print on demand business. I do not currently use the software now, although the company is still charging me.

    Negative: The company had no facility to cancel a subscription during Black Friday period 2025, meaning that they charged me for software that I wanted to cancel. When I questioned them by email, Podly support was aggressively unsupportive, and refused to refund me. The operation felt like a scam.
