Once you're satisfied with the survey design it's time for you to print the copies. Each page of your survey will be identified with a unique identifier if it has more than one page. This will make scanning and recognition easier and prevent duplicate uploads. Now you can distribute the forms and get feedback from your respondents. Now scan the pages. Once the files are scanned, you can upload them onto PaperSurvey.io. It doesn't matter if the page order or rotation is important. It will be detected automatically. You can either analyze the survey results online, or export the data file in CSV, Excel, or SPSS format for further analysis.
