Utilizing our SEC-regulated Alternative Trading System, OTC Link® ATS, we link top U.S. broker-dealers to enhance liquidity and execution services for securities traded within our markets. Companies can opt to qualify for either our OTCQX or OTCQB markets, while those that do not meet the criteria are automatically placed in the Pink market. Our Corporate Service products offer tailored solutions to help companies better connect with and inform their investors. By trading on our OTCQX Best Market or OTCQB Venture Market, you can significantly enhance your investor experience. The OTCQX market caters to well-established, investor-oriented companies both in the U.S. and globally, whereas the OTCQB is designed for U.S. and international companies that are in the entrepreneurial or development stages.
