Positive: MetricsCart stands out for its extensive reporting depth and high configurability. Unlike rigid platforms, it allows us to tailor dashboards and data exports to our specific KPIs, making it an incredibly versatile tool for granular e-commerce insights.
Negative: To nitpick, the content monitoring and SERP modules feel less mature than their core price and inventory tracking features. While functional, they aren't yet as robust as the rest of the suite, though the roadmap suggests they will catch up soon.
