Summary: It greatly simplifies communications between work groups for project assignment duties and individual tasks. It offers proposal management and brainstorming sections in addition to managing all relevant information resources for projects.
Positive: The application provides management tools in different areas such as documents and projects, it also creates discussion rooms that allow us to have more effective communications with work groups integrated in one or more specific tasks, so that they can be exposed in different ways.
Negative: The limits are presented when the application does not allow communication through audio or video conferences between employees or members of a project, which sometimes does not provide a correct dissemination of messages and guidelines of tasks to be performed. At the same time, it does not have assignment agenda tools to set deadlines or start dates for tasks.
