    Very Poor User Experience

    Summary: Raising issues with Imfuna is an exhausting and pointless process. They never resolve problems—instead, they blame the customer, deflect responsibility, and make excuses. We spent £8,000 believing we were developing a bespoke app, only to be told today that our version is actually based on a standard RICS report.

    For years, we’ve chased them to install features we were promised, only to now be told they were never included—and if we want them, we’ll have to pay even more. Their support is beyond useless, and any attempt to get meaningful answers leads to a dead end.
    This has been a complete waste of time and money. If you’re considering this app, don’t make the same mistake we did.

    Positive: It does make the process on site quicker and after several attempts that appear to be heading in the right direction with app.

    Negative: The web platform is worse than useless and makes the process clunky and time consuming. The platform is very out-dated and not user friendly in so far as it seems to reverse the functionality that the phone app brings.
