Positive: Blazing speed (often 2-3x faster than alternatives), excellent GUI, supports major clouds like Dropbox natively, byte-level replication, and handles millions of files without issues.

It works very smart and did the job as needed.

Positive: The software comes in handy all the time. It integrates with several cloud accounts like OneDrive, SharePoint and Azure.Also I can easily sync files over the Internet. I have used it for years and it has provided an easy solution to many types of syncing problems.

Negative: I can say no issues found and nothing bad about Gs RichCopy

Positive: Fast copy tool for large files , copy also small files, no errors with Windows 10 , the logs file is easy to understand and the support is reachable.

Negative: I have no thing to say about it , all used options by us are great

Summary: Using Robocopy to seed data into a cloud-caching filer, only to watch performance grind to a halt once the local appliance cache fills up. The filer starts throttling writes as it uploads to the cloud backend, and Robocopy ,being single-threaded by default and not optimized for this scenario—crawls to unacceptable speeds, forcing constant monitoring and manual restarts.
After struggling with this on a multi-terabyte migration a couple of years ago, We switched to GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise from GuruSquad , and it completely resolved the issue.

Negative: Maybe a wizard could help to make it more user-friendly for user who is not experienced

Positive: It is very easy to set up, easy to use, has many features, not expensive, and has the flexibility to let you move between clouds other than Office 365 and Google.

Negative: I don't have any issue with GS RichCopy to concern about.

I could even set up multiple backups in a day at different intervals to ensure that the frequency matched the updating schedules of files by different remotely located teams within our organization. If there was any failure, an email alert was automatically received, along with a solution.

It is an excellent cloud to cloud backup solution for Google workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Dropbox, etc.

However, you can simplify the migration from one Office 365 tenant to another by using professional software. All you have to do is find efficient software and gain the knowledge to use the tool. Manual migration is like a walk on eggshells.
