To report an absence, it is necessary to either call the main office or submit a note detailing the reason for the absence in a clear manner. The process for attendance support within SPPS consists of three stages, becoming increasingly serious if a student continues to miss school. After a student accumulates three unexcused absences, an alert letter regarding attendance is sent home to the parents. Should the student incur further absences without a valid excuse, the school will initiate the intervention procedure, emphasizing the importance of consistent attendance and the collaborative effort to support every student's educational journey.
