    Summary: The SMS feature works well, but you can not rely on having the number for as long as you want. The support is intolerable and as slow as a snail.

    Positive: Though the rate is appealing, and I needed sms texting capability, this company is not really interested in retaining customers.

    Negative: They stopped using PayPal but never clearly informed users. After almost a week, I messaged them and they took 3 days to respond while my number was turned off. Even though my voice is on the answering recording, they will not renew my number siting the fact that the number is already taken (yes, by me!). I don't recommend this at all.
