    Summary: Avoid just go elsewhere. We tried them out because they have a partnership with our provider. Big mistake. If I had switched over all billing they would be holding months of revenue. Good thing I didn't trust them immediately when I saw there ancient website.

    Positive: Literally nothing there signup process was complicated too. I have never seen a business or service have 0 thing they have done well but here we are

    Negative: This company will hold payments. Which is fine, but then they will just NOT respond to you for months. Borderline stealing.

    Positive: The few times it worked. This paragraph wants a hundred words to say that this doesn't work so this is the long version of me saying they do not work or help you make it work.

    Negative: Having to wait on the phone for 3 going on 4 hours now for support to refund a customer they charged 4 times instead of once.
