BoardBreeze Description
BoardBreeze® is an innovative platform that leverages AI technology to streamline the management of board meetings by effortlessly transforming audio recordings into well-structured, compliance-ready minutes in less than 15 minutes. Tailored for board clerks, executive assistants, corporate secretaries, and governance experts, BoardBreeze® significantly reduces the time spent on post-meeting documentation, eliminating the usual 4 to 6 hours of tedious work. Unlike standard transcription services like Otter.ai or Fireflies.ai that yield unpolished transcripts, BoardBreeze® ensures that the final minutes are formatted according to Robert's Rules of Order, with essential elements such as motions, seconds, votes, action items, and agenda items automatically detected, categorized, and arranged. This efficiency not only saves time but also enhances the overall productivity and accuracy of board meeting documentation.

Fast and cheap alternative Date: Apr 18 2026
Summary: I like how easy it is to use. No complicated instructions. The signup process is easy too. I don't need to enter so many information before I can use the app. The login is simple as well, I received a 6-digit code as a password. I don't need to remember any password. I hope I can use my Yahoo for signing in but it's only available for GMAIL and Microsoft, I totally understand why though. The dashboard is unbelievably simple. I just have to choose between recording and uploading. It is not busy and complicated.
Positive: I like how it can convert the HOA board meeting transcripts into formatted minutes fast. The $29 is the cheapest I've seen so far. I also like that I can use my phone for uploading and recording, though the desktop option is still better.
Negative: I want their pro but it's $99 a month. My work doesn't pay for the app yet so I had to pay out of pocket. Since I'm only using the app once a month, I guess the $29 is not bad compared to paying $99.
