    Summary: Overall the app experience is very smooth, not sure if they will change their licensing structure for the future, but right now you only need to purchase the license once for permanent use.

    Positive: 1. webapp is very intuitive, and our non technical maintenance team was able to onboard it fairly easily
    2. Their support and engineering team is awesome, they're always on emails/zoom providing help
    3. the locating accuracy is insane - we have never used any other BLE based technology that remains under 2-3ft of locating accuracy even in heavy metal filled warehouses

    Negative: 1. it is not catered to any specific industry-like they serve healthcare, logistics, manufacturing etc. The UI could be applied towards all industries
