Negative: It’s not as mainstream as some other mailers, so you don’t always see ready-made integrations built for it just because those platforms are so called popular. This isn’t a drawback of BigMailer- it really doesn’t matter, because they provide APIs, webhooks, and forms, so you’re not missing anything. And with AI, you don’t even need to be technical to create your own integrations with any application.

Summary: Good, would recommend. I am not an agency but it also looks like white labeling this is straightforward.

Positive: Amazon SES integration is very helpful for keeping delivery costs low. The API documentation is clear and I was able to programmatically send my daily newsletter using BigMailer without any issues.

Negative: The free plan limit should allow for sending more emails =)
