Positive: One best thing with PIMworks is the Magento and BigCommerce integration. The integration is 2 way which makes it very much useful for us.

Positive: PIMworks has instant syndication and synchronization with Magento and BigCommerce which is very much useful for us. Also, their support is very quick and efficient.

Negative: I do not have any specific complaints with PIMworks. I like everything.

Positive: One thing that I like very much with PIMworks is that it is a clutter free software. Omnichannel sales are very smooth through PIMworks and at the same time, the product has Digital Asset Management capabilities which makes it a very good all-around software

Negative: I do not have any dislikes with PIMworks so far. It is solving all my purpose.

Summary: I have had a very good experience with PIMworks. The admin access control followed by the ability to manage various vendor profiles is very much useful for us.

Positive: After the introduction of PIMworks, we were able to save a lot of time in creating catalogues and sending them to different channels.

Negative: The price of the PIMworks product can be a little less. But no other issues with regards to features.

Summary: I have had a very good overall experience with PIMworks so far. The image management module is very good and also we are able to modify the content according to SEO standards.

Positive: It is very easy to create and maintain market standard product catalogs with PIMworks. Also, the healthcheck score provided for product data accuracy is very useful.

Negative: The implementation process could be a little quicker. But apart from that I do not have any other complaints.

Negative: The cost of the product is little bit on the higher side. But apart from that everything is fine.

Positive: It is very easy to manage our vendor profiles through PIMworks. Also, assigning tasks is pretty smooth. Our entire workflow has been made efficient and at the same time our work is reduced as there is automation available at each step.

Negative: More amount of knowledge documents are required. But apart from that I am fully satisfied with the software.

Positive: Syndication of product data in bulk is very seamless and easy with PIMworks. Also the support team is very friendly and cater to all our needs.

Negative: I currently do not have any negative remarks about PIMworks.
