Summary: Overall its essential to use Lysted if you're a broker. It's getting better and better as far as payouts go as well so I highly recommend.
Positive: You can't sell tickets without Lysted literally, its a must. If you list them on separate marketplaces you will never get the prices that you get with Lysted.

Positive: Easily the best resale platform with far more features than any other service I have seen. Their customer service is top, top-notch. I challenge anyone to find better in any industry. The team is knowledgable about resale, communicates well, and helps manage all aspects of ticket purchases, transfer, and sales. I could not be happier with their service.
Negative: I'm being nit-picky but there are a few features I would like to add to Lysted. That said, the team is open to feedback and I have seen suggestions I have made in the past implemented quickly to make the platform even better.
