Summary: I chose HubSpot CRM because of the variety of options that it offers me within the initial plan, which with other CRM platforms that I have tried, you have to acquire the most advanced plans to have a good complete software to be able to maintain CRM at the level of my company with the needs it required. With my previous experience in handling similar platforms I can say that it took me very little time to be able to move inside HubSpot and test its functions before starting to use its basic version and its features met the needs much better. I was fascinated that in addition to adapting to the needs of my company, it could be customizable, complemented with what I required to have a complete CRM platform without so many problems in the process. As advice to start with HubSpot is to use the basic version with the limitation of your contacts which is very few and if it fills up wait until there is space or if you know that your clients will grow exponentially then you can opt for more advanced plans that require you to cover your contact storage capacity needs, which will most likely fit like a glove with its other premium plan features. Really, I felt very comfortable with the follow-up of sales because I didn't get lost within the characteristics and also I was able to have a good management of current clients and potential clients.
Positive: HubSpot has had a complete and successful integration within the company, adapting to the entire sales process that has been had, it could improve in certain aspects, but with respect to the general opinion, it has been great to be able to work with this platform.
º Not only has it served me as a CRM but it has also served me to apply email marketing, I can with a simple drag and drop include the newsletters that I have created and put them inside the emails and thus be able to send them to clients in a group , depending on the type of client is the type of message and thanks to this I can have screens to make the job easier.
º I like how everything is organized in relation to storing customer contacts, the information on this is very important because we can keep track of everything that has been done with us as a company. Regardless of whether the company offers a product or service, having customer information well organized and available is of vital importance to determine and improve the relationship between the customer and the company.
º The free plan has been one of the most complete since I have tried several CRMs to determine to have only one and with the greatest scope and integration and HubSpot has seemed to me to be one of the best since the payment plans clearly make improvements , but it does so in relation to capabilities and not much to functionalities. This is great when you need to test a platform without going through the process of requesting a demo before purchasing the final service.
º It is well known that having a place to collect information is very necessary to make changes to improvements within the company with products and services, so with this platform it has allowed me to create landing pages to collect both customer contact information as well as carry out necessary follow-up.
º I can say that the user experience has been of good pleasure since it has allowed me to train in a short period of time without any problem, I was able to understand all the functions offered by this platform since its interactive and drop-down menus and check boxes they make everything easier to handle.
º I can send massive emails to my clients without any problem without losing them in the spam folder, in addition to not only including newsletters but also surveys, campaigns, etc. On the other hand, I can obtain results of the metrics of the actions that the emails have had, such as opening clicks.Negative: º Importing contacts into Excel files is a bit confusing and tedious, and the format in which the contact data must be placed is simply tedious. They should create a standardized Excel or adapt to the model of different platforms in order to make the job easier when a user decides to move from a CRM platform to HubSpot.

º When I am going to add a contact within the platform through its tools, I would like to be able to continue adding more custom fields in order to have more control with the aspects that I want to save for each client individually. This would be very advantageous since I can include comments, negative or positive aspects, likes, etc. So I don't have to resort to external platforms to be able to do this work of storing information from my clients' contacts.
º There is no doubt that the complement that this platform has with marketing is very complete, but it is a bit expensive when paying, since a good solution is to pay for the CRM while using a third-party marketing software that has functions that more similar and more accessible to have a good ROI which is an important point for any company.
º I would like the search option to be improved, it is a bit confusing when the results are not ordered, giving as a problem that for example I cannot find an email sent to a specific client within the pile of mixed information that the search engine throws at me. I want them to improve that aspect in order to optimize my work process.
º The integration of contact lists is a bit null in how they can be grouped to do marketing, it would be good if they could improve that function a little more since it is there and it is very useful when I want to manage contacts en masse, as in this case by lists.
º Improve the guides in case you are lost trying to understand a function, make it more explanatory because sometimes there is so much confusion that I have to resort to technical support and internet forums to find a solution to my problem. -

Summary: The main reason why my overall experience has been quite good is because we have been able to generate many more goals in this company, I am a real estate company based on buying and selling properties, as well as renting them, and This platform has been optimal for processing the sale in an automated manner, it has an excellent auto-response system for the actions or requirements of the clients, if a client wants to buy a property, the system gives Rojas all the requirements to buy it, you are also capable of registering you within the system as a potential client when necessary, all this helps to make manual registration within the system a thing of the past, and we start using a service that helps us generate sales much faster. In addition, with the help of this platform we have been able to have a much more accurate monitoring of our clients' negotiations, we can see with this attitude if the client is being well attended, or if the attention score has been negative, I am very grateful to the operation of this platform, I admit that this platform has been key to developing more sales in an optimal way, previously it was a bit complicated to manage the number of trades in volume that we had every day, however, after the arrival of this platform we have noticed a circumstantial change, since all sales and negotiation is managed by the automated system itself.
Positive: HubSpot CRM It is characterized by being a really reliable and stable platform when it comes to personalizing the sales process, sales automation is what has allowed many companies to currently optimize the number of events they hold online, this platform has With unique characteristics and essential functions to develop an automated system, which allows optimizing the sales process with potential clients, the things that I liked the most during my experience were:
1.- One of the main features that I liked is that it can create automated processes, for example register a payment method of a client, register personal data of the same within the system, optimize a payment gateway so that all clients can make negotiations and much more, you can create automated processes that help you streamline all sales, the sales process is somewhat complex for some employees, and this feature helps employees to focus more on generating and getting more customers, than registering them in the system, since all this can be done through an automated process.
2.- It has an excellent integration with social networks and with the marketing system or advertising campaign of our company, we currently use an advertising campaign system, and we have connected it correctly with this CRM platform, which has allowed us to monitor and transfer all kinds of potential customers to our CRM system, and thus be able to automate and optimize the sale with that customer. In addition, this integration helps us to transfer all customers automatically, we will not have to manually register it within the system thanks to this integration.
3.- You have an excellent list of contacts which helps you to register all the clients and all the sales agents of your company, having a list of contacts within this company helps you to know exactly the clients that have been registered In your system, in addition, the list of contacts is also linked to the negotiations previously carried out, so if any of your clients has been registered in this list, you will be able to see all the deals made with that client no matter how much time passes.
4.- Visualizing the progress of each one of the negotiations is something completely optimal for any company, within this platform you can see the progress of all sales in real time, you can check the status of each one of them 24 hours a day and at any time, you can speak with that attitude if the negotiation has already been carried out correctly or if it has been negative.Negative: HubSpot CRM is a platform focused on automating the sales process and optimizing it, this platform helps any company, whether large or small, generate short-term or long-term sales, it is at a really affordable price and all its functions meet the objective accurate, helping sales to be generated immediately. Having said all this, during my experience it has not presented any type of failure with this platform, we have always been able to create an automated sales process to speed up negotiations with potential clients, in addition, the integration factor and functionality such as these social networks and other campaigns has allowed us to obtain clients from our social networks or campaigns and we can transfer it to our CRM system, to speed up the process, it is a very feasible integration and has never given us any kind of problem. We are happy with the general functionality, we have never had any type of failure and we hope not to have it in the future.

Summary: My experience has been great with HubSpot. The Free and Starter plans offer great value and functions that can be a one stop platform to find client centered solutions.
Positive: Great Cloud based customer relationship management (CRM), great analytics & customer/stakeholder management.
Negative: It is a platform with numerous abilities and at first it can be difficult to navigate and would benefit from having more tutorials on the app to guide you through the differing functions.

Summary: HubSpot CRM was a part of our vendor short list when evaluating new CRM options to replace our current aging system. We needed a tool that would stay ever green with less administration overhead and this slotted in quite nicely.
Positive: HubSpot CRM is a cloud based tool, and offers some relatively friendly learning library that really helps reduce the learning curve required when adopting a new tool. This really encouraged and empowered our end users with the knowledge they needed to thrive.
Negative: There is a bit of stiffness when it comes to being able to enhance and customize certain aspects to fit with your workflow. I found that at times you would need to bend to how the tool was built versus having the tool adapt to your organizations needs
