Summary: Good for simple, general posts. But not for polished posts formatted to each platform, especially for the cost.

Positive: Makes it easy to post to many social platforms at once, and convenient to see engagement on the various platforms.

Negative: Different platforms have different graphic best practices, so often it is still better to post within each platform.

Summary: I don't see myself posting to social media without such a software. Scheduling posts is a timesaver.

Positive: I like most that I can schedule social media ads for the entire month. I don't have to login daily to post. I can login once a month to post and monitor feedback activity all in one place. You don't have to worry about sizing photos to fit different platforms, Hootsuite does it for you.

Negative: There are limitations with the free version. For instance, you are limited to 5 scheduled posts in the queue. A paid plan is pretty pricey with a monthly fee.

Summary: The amount of time saved by not switching accounts every time you go to post is huge. Hootsuite was one of the pioneering platforms to implement this utility, and because of the well-organized posting dashboards it is easy to get organized. Hootsuite not only seems to be indispensable for fast social media management. A noticeable advantage why we should recommend the platform is that it keeps adding new networks to work with eventually, proving that it stays ahead of the curve.

Positive: Hootsuite is a platform full of alternatives to make the management of social network accounts comfortable. Its strong point remains the possibility to manage more than one account within it, depending directly on the plan obtained or the number of accounts to work with.

Negative: The shared view makes it a bit difficult to manage publications. By this we mean that it is much better to manage the social networks separately, since more details are taken into account for each publication than would be seen with less screen space.

Summary: The most outstanding thing to recommend Hootsuite is the speed and efficiency of the customer support team as they always remain available to quickly and reliably solve all of our problems. we really enjoy using Hootsuite and will continue to pay for a membership for a long time to come. We were able to automate posts through an easy to use control panel which in the last year has saved us time, effort and work. we have also been able to have that power of sharing with all our customers and users without lifting a finger.

Positive: With a single click we can share with all connected users an endless amount of content, from informative posts to any content library. we can configure special events easy to track from any device so that this application publishes them in an automated way the day and time we set. it has a very efficient technical support that is there to help us 24/7.

Negative: There are really no cons that I can highlight of this software, everything is done in an easy and automated way and it has a lot of synchronization with all the social networks that our company manages so we can configure them all from a single work panel.

Summary: In my general experience with Hootsuite I consider that it has been really good, because this platform has been able to help me to have a better administration and general management of social networks within my company. Although in our company we use the Hootsuite application very little on our cell phones, we have also had an exponential benefit with the use of Hootsuite on our computers. This platform has been totally easy to use, you just have to link the social networks that you want to manage and the platform will sort them automatically and show the percentage and graphic traffic of each of them and also in a general way. Hootsuite has helped us monitor our social media traffic and be able to be more attentive to customer interactions.

Positive: At our company we currently use various social networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. Hootsuite has been a fundamental platform and of complete importance for us, due to its extreme effectiveness in the administration of all our social networks. What I like the most about Hootsuite is that the data is always processed in real time, in the main panel I can see all the progress in real time of each of our social networks, view comments at the exact time, view new interactions with clients and view the traffic of our publications. Hootsuite gives me a real-time visualization and this is what helps me to be more aware of the performance of my social networks, since I can know all the interactions of users with our networks.

Negative: I have not liked the application for mobile devices so much, currently this application shows the social networks separately, in different sections, which makes me have an individual view of the social networks when what I want is to be able to see them all at the same time, as I do from the computer version. I would like the Hootsuite app to be modified, and show me in the same panel, all the linked social networks and the progress that I am having in each of them, it is a bit annoying to have to review each social network separately and see the performance separately.

Summary: My overall experience with this platform has been considerably good, because I have been able to control all the social networks of my company and I have also been able to be more interactive with each of these networks. Thanks to Hootsuite, I have been able to publish publications on my social networks simultaneously, since this platform allows me to make a publication and send it to all networks at the same time. I am very satisfied with the Hootsuite service, it allows me to be more active on social networks and to be able to check all the traffic in real time.

Positive: Hootsuite is a great platform for managing social media. In our company, we use Hootsuite to be able to review the predictions and review the trends that our social networks are taking, we also use it to be able to visualize in a broad way the movement that our social networks are having and how the traffic is developing in the networks. One of the things I like the most about Hootsuite is that it offers a real-time preview of all the statistics of the social networks linked to the Hootsuite account, in the main panel I can see in real time the traffic I am having in the social networks, and thus I can analyze the information obtained statistically and graphically.

Negative: One of the things that I did not like about Hootsuite is that this platform generates reports and graphs automatically, however, these automated reports are not to my liking, because the precise information of that is not inserted in the graphs it has been obtained statistically. Sometimes, the statistics that I have obtained thanks to Hootsuite, do not coincide with the data that is inserted in the graphs generated by the same platform in an automated way. I prefer to do the charts and reports manually, in order to be more accurate.

Summary: I can have a broader view of all the social networks that I manage, I have saved a lot of time since I can have all the social networks panels in a single environment and I can also customize it to determine in what order I can see the actions that I can do in each social network. I have been able to keep in touch with the users more easily, thus improving the response rate that I give to each person, the automatic responses according to the presumptions that they make me have also helped me a lot. Hootsuite has simple given me a new way to see what is happening on each social media channel.

Positive: I like that it has a high range of social networks that allow me to make a post simultaneously without having to enter each of the platforms where I use my social networks. I can post on a scheduled basis, this gives me time to manage other posts full time. I can handle messages from certain networks without leaving the Hootsuite platform. I can be with my work team, working collaboratively reduces the weight of work and makes us more effective with the administration of social networks. The best of all is that it has been very easy to use and that I can also publish stories, things that other platforms do not offer, this helps a lot to keep me more connected with the users who follow us.

Negative: I have had several times problems with my scheduled publications, if I do not verify that everything has been done correctly, it may not be done and what I programmed was not sent (I hope it is a small bug in the platform). I haven't found a way to be able to publish a post in the Instagram Tv or Reels section, these new functions should already be included within the platform, I am waiting for a new update to be able to make use of this tool and thus increase the effectiveness of my publications.

Summary: I like Hootsuite better than the competitors. For individuals and smaller companies, even the free plan would be sufficient. More detailed analytics and features are expensive though.

Positive: • I love the smooth interface. Everything is pretty clear and straightforward even for a first-time user.
• The free version allows up to 3 social media accounts, and lets you schedule 30 posts, which is pretty good and unusual for social media scheduler apps.
• Shows live preview of how the post would look.
• Works across android, iOS and desktop.
• The Hootsuite blog is a must read for every social media marketer!

Negative: • Sometimes the desktop version gets clunky and slow.
• Pro plans are super pricey, especially for individuals.
• Facebook features are limited.

Summary: Hootsuite is a great social media management tool allowing you to manage multiple social media profiles from a single dashboard. It is simple & free to begin with and provides a lot of advanced features although at a premium price.

Summary: Overall it's a good social platform but there's a lot of restrictions as to the amount of pages etc.

Positive: This is a great way to schedule our content for social media needs. Plus there's a lot of cool features like inbox.

Negative: It's a bit pricy and lots of limits on the subscriptions.
