Summary: They’re unique in certain ways, since it’s hard to find an equally simple way of mining. I purchased max 100th power and get 20% annually from btc reward. Is it fair? I think so.

Positive: Their mining pool is liquid enough to provide btc for the long-term. Since the price won’t show signs of stopping, I think those powerful miners and ways of its power increasing, seems to be a good investment.

Negative: Support is not as well-educated as their blog for example. I wanted to know more about mining wars. The response was fast but brief.

Summary: If you like giving your money away, there are really better alternatives. It's your money, just don't expect a return, but they will thank you

Positive: you feel as if you can conquer inflation, maybe even get ahead. Its pretty easy to use and has a nice design. Support is very polite. Getting money to the site is easy

Negative: It is an extreme money pit for the user
Tring to get your bitcoin into a wallet is a nightmare
They change there policies often which do not workout for the user
Confrontation with support leads to disaster with zero mining rewards nor do they fix it, so your investment is lost
