Negative: It supports a ton of useful features, and I can't think of anything that needs to be improved.

Positive: As an IoT researcher, I have relied on EMQX for several of my projects and have always been impressed by its robust and scalable design. The platform helps reduce data errors by supporting multiple authentication methods and offering encryption for both data in transit and at rest.

Negative: One potential drawback of EMQX is that some features may require additional setup or configuration in order to be fully utilized. Summary: It provides very high security for all of our data and this makes it stand out from other similar applications. It has a very nice design which is highly scalable. Also, EMQX is adequate and very much helpful, and reliable. The MQTT platform lets us expand the process beyond what we have archived.

Positive: I like EMQX, it is reasonable and appropriate, especially in comparison to other platforms that are available. What I like the best about EMQX is its easy deployment in our company. it is a great software for connecting a high number of devices that has support for MQTT protocol and also delivering messages from different devices. It offers me great features that are much essential in our project processes.

Negative: The one thing I dislike about EMQX is that their support sometimes takes a little while to get back on urgent inquiries. This only happens occasionally; apart from that, everything about EMQX is satisfactory and excellent!

Summary: I have used EMQX for several projects and have been extremely satisfied with its performance and reliability. The platform is easy to set up and use, with a user-friendly interface and comprehensive documentation. It has consistently exceeded my expectations and has been a valuable tool in my toolkit.

Positive: We are using EMQX for the past 2 years. It's one of the best IoT messaging platforms and streaming databases. We can send about 1 million messages per second, which is much higher than its competitors available in the market. We can easily extract IoT data and filter and transfer those data according to our needs.

Negative: Nothing so far. We are really happy with the tool. We can easily learn about the tool even though we don't have much experience in the IT industry. The user interface is really good. We can easily connect and analyze different performance data for IoT devices.

Summary: It has been a solid solution for our IoT data pipeline. It efficiently manages real-time data flow, even during high-traffic conditions. With its flexible deployment options and strong performance, it’s a reliable choice for scaling MQTT-based systems.

Positive: It is highly scalable and handles large volumes of messages efficiently. Its support for multiple protocols like MQTT, CoAP, and HTTP makes integration easier. The intuitive dashboard helps monitor connections and message throughput effectively. I also liked its strong security features, including TLS/SSL encryption and fine-grained access control, which ensured safe data transmission.

Negative: The initial setup can feel a bit overwhelming for beginners, especially when configuring advanced clustering options. Better documentation or guided tutorials could simplify this process.

Summary: For us, implementing our own MQTT server was a life saver, it has saved us so much money and we have been able to achieve that thanks to EMQX. The maintenance costs have been reduced by a lot and the experience that we have had with EMQX has been very good, the devices connect very easily and we are able to move the sales data around through our servers without any issues. It is a software that handles and monitors our data no matter the size of it.

Positive: EMQX is the best tool that it is available out there. First of all, I like that this is the most cost-effective tool that exists out there when it comes to giving the Broker MQTT full experience, as it is a fully open-source software that is constantly improving while still providing a great and professional level platform to carry out different projects. It is the most stable service to set up the devices at different scales and provide the users reliability and high security.

Negative: We had to follow a few steps in order to be able to set everything up, it was a bit complicated at first but we got the hang of it eventually, I would say it felt a bit discouraging because we were very confused but then it was fine. EMQX is a software that can provide high scalability if needed.

Implementing our work system was completely accessible, since it adapts very well to what we are looking for. Negative: In general terms, one presented problems with the platform, at first when I started using it I realized that updates were needed in the registration processes, however, I noticed that they have made improvements in the observability aspect in addition to your better metrics monitoring, these new improvements have allowed the efficient implementation of the platform.

Negative: I was one of the main people who participated during the implementation process of this platform within our company, and I must admit that the implementation process is not very complex, since we had complications to connect the cloud with the main panel of this platform, In addition, we did not understand very well how the information and data was going to be transferred from the devices to the cloud. Therefore, we had to use various guides of this platform to learn how to use it and how to implement it. With respect to its functions, like all data transfer functions, they behaved to the extent, in a positive way.

Summary: The experience that we've had with EMQX is very important to point out, it has been a great experience overall and we have been able to achieve what we planned when we first chose EMQX as our software of preference to transfer data. Positive: My favorite features about EMQX is the way that it is made to support devices at a great scale, this means that because it is able to have a high scalability, the transfer of data works with so much quickness than other solutions out there. It is a great performer and I like that it is able to stand the transfer of our data, it is a software with many features and tools that help monitor the messages sent through all the IoT machines. With the implementation of the cloud deployment it is an easy software that stores data safely.

Negative: While trying to integrate the platform with AWS in order to run it and transfer data to the cloud, it became difficult at the beginning. There is no doubt that EMQX is a powerful engine that offers good implementation tools, but we still had some issues uniting the two to start running the transfer of data.

Summary: In my overall experience, EMQX has been the main support when it comes to helping connect IoT devices in a MQTT protocol, the deployment stage was very easy and it allowed us to start transferring data right away, in just a couple of days. It has helped us as a company that helps the management of sales and leads attend our customers faster with the transferring of IoT data, it is a good software that we will continue to use.

Positive: EMQX is a proper software to transfer data that we are using everyday in our company and it helps the processing of data go smoothly and it allows to establish the connection between cloud to device and device to cloud, not only that, but it allows for multiple devices to be connected and that way, we are able to process every single data that we have on our company without any complications during the process. It runs very smoothly and I like that because it does not cause the platform to be slow.

Negative: The only thing that I dislike and find discouraging about EMQX is the customer support, they are not very responsive and often take a while to get back to you once you have reached out to them, it is a problem because we have had questions regarding our data and they take too long to respond to these questions.

Summary: We have been pleased to implement EMQX, since it has been the most accurate solution for our work requirements, it implements highly accessible and easy-to-use protocols, but still maintaining the same data quality, centralizes all the information and reaches the necessary devices to take the information and come up with an accurate messaging system. Positive: Having an MQTT protocol that simplifies data from IoT devices, ensuring that data processing is always active or efficient. Undoubtedly, one of the best features that this platform finds is the sending of messages in a massive way, integrating the database of all our clients, in this way we can receive a single plan and cover a huge number of promotional messages that we must carry out. In the same way, a highly protected system, providing security at all times for all our data, so our information is confidential. It automates the work and is a viable alternative to create our own productive space, this being a great contribution to satisfy our customers, carrying the message they want to hear.

Negative: It would be nice to have much tighter price packages, since to obtain additional features you have to process payments separately and the budget for the platform ends up being absurdly high, these features could be unified with other plans and with this we don't have to worry to add additional features.

Summary: EMQX Cloud has meant a lot to our company mainly to strengthen the connectivity between our IBM cloud and our devices. Positive: The EMQX service has been key to strengthening communication and integration with our data cloud and also with the Slack service. EMQ was fully installed in our Slack system as an MQTT data server, providing us with an excellent messaging service which constantly strengthened communication and data extraction. Negative: The free trial version is one of the main things to be improved in EMQX, even though the trial version gives you full access to the integration and data management features, this free trial is only 2 weeks old. duration, causing users to not be able to properly test the platform in the short term. We used the trial version for a couple of days, and it really has the key functions, but they should improve the duration time, currently we use a Premium version and we have had a very complete satisfaction, without any type of failure in the connectivity between our servers and devices.

Summary: With EMQX, the overall experience has been magnificent and it has been an outstanding software that is used every day in our company, it is rich in the amount of features that it provides and it doesn't hold back, EMQX is the best solution to transfer data across the organization's devices and process data in many different ways, for us, it is active in all the departments and it is able to transfer data very quickly, specially with the payments, it processes them quickly. With EMQX, we are able to work with our data and monitor it in the cloud, keeping it safe during transfers and maintaining the connection active.

Positive: A lot of good things come out of using EMQX, it is a multifaceted program and it is an amazing open source one, meaning that it is a really cost-effective solution for us and it is a solution that is easier to maintain without affecting our budget on a high scale. It is a software that works with MQTT 5.0, which is something I like because it ensures that a fast delivery is always possible and it transports all the messages without any issues through all the IoT devices, allowing all the data to flow seamlessly between devices.

Negative: One thing that presented as an issue for us is the way that the deployment takes place, it was a process that took a long time for us because this software uses the Erlang code and we are not very familiar with this programming language, it is not specifically something that I dislike about the software but it still is something that can be learned to be able to implement the software, it is not anything that has to do with the software per se, it was just something that we were not familiar with, if you are familiar with this programming language, I don't think that the software will present any other issues as it works perfectly.

Summary: EMQX was a complex platform to use, mainly due to its complex implementation process, however, this platform is key to having a solid data transfer with services such as AWS or SAP, although our main use was with system linkage IBM in the cloud. I really liked the experience we have had with this platform, we have used it for approximately 2 years and we have been able to transfer more than 1000 files to our servers thanks to the MQTT transfer service. We will continue to use this platform due to its high effectiveness in our real estate sector.

Positive: EMQX was the perfect service to connect our servers and extract essential information. Our IT sector is in charge of the general and main configuration of EMQX. This platform has the ability to provide us with extremely low latency for data transfer, each requirement that is made within the MQTT connectivity and the cloud is processed in a few milliseconds, ensuring that all the required information reaches our employees and their servers immediately. In addition, EMQX has affordable prices per hour and per year, which helps to have an optimal system to transfer data at a low price.

Negative: EMQX general services never gave us any kind of problem, I was one of the main people in charge of the implementation, and the implementation process was the only negative thing about EMQX, it was a process that took a couple of days since we had to correctly configure the servers and connect the cloud ports. General data transfer functions performed excellently without any issues.
