Positive: I’ve used Dropbox for years to store files and photos. One of the features I most enjoy is the ease of the search function. Rather than searching through emails, I can quickly find files I’ve saved.

Negative: Managing multiple Dropbox accounts (business vs personal) can occasionally be cumbersome.

Summary: Overall dropbox is a great product and allows me to easily share information with others in a space where we can all contribute, and it doesn't take away from my storage.

Positive: I love dropbox because I can easily upload documents and share them with other people in one central place.

Negative: It's sometimes difficult to edit docs online, so I have to download and re-upload them.

Summary: My general experience with Dropbox has been good, since this platform arrived in our work area we have had the ability to have good file sharing and we have also had the possibility of safeguarding all our files in the cloud. Dropbox has offered us security with an encryption key for all the files we store in the cloud, which helps us to prevent intruders from accessing our files. In addition, with Dropbox I have been able to save space on my computer, all the files that I had saved on my computer I have stored in the cloud that this platform has offered me, and I am totally satisfied because I have been able to share these files immediately thanks to the system shared folder. Dropbox is a reliable platform, and I consider it the best place to store files.

Positive: Everyone would like to store files with an extensive limit, and to be able to additionally have permanent security in each of them. Dropbox is the best option to be able to protect files and achieve optimal sharing when the user wants it. One of the things I like the most about Dropbox is that it has a striking file sharing system, which allows the user to share files through shared folders, without the need to share a link. This functionality is quite beneficial for work groups, because all colleagues can access all the files that are uploaded to that shared folder and can have them on their computer in just one second. Also, I like the fact of being able to edit documents online with Dropbox, there is no need to download the documents to edit them, this platform has a good fully optimized document editor.

Negative: The application for mobile devices that Dropbox offers is fully optimized, the file transaction through this mobile application is really good, and the management of files uploaded in the cloud is also quite good, however, this application is not totally beneficial for the users. This application forces users to have the latest version of Dropbox installed on their devices, otherwise it will not allow access to the user's cloud and they will not be able to access the files they have uploaded to the cloud. I would like this limitation not to exist, since I do not always have the ability to update the Dropbox application.

Summary: Dropbox has bailed me out of being able to keep my files housed in one place and get them whenever I want without requiring USB sticks or other physical external storage media. Dropbox has also allowed me to keep all the files of the company and my colleagues in one place and that they are available at all times for everyone.

Positive: Dropbox has always been a solid structure where I have been able to store my files within the cloud without any problem. Its interface is very simple to use, it hardly needs instructions to use it, most of the functions and actions are what we use in a file manager like Windows. I can share files via links without having to re-upload the files in order to send them.

Negative: I have small problems with the mobile application regarding synchronization, they also take a little longer to upload the files and I do not understand why if I use the same connection with the one I use on my desktop. I always have to be up to date to continue using Dropbox, this is a bit annoying because sometimes I don't have time and I need my files at all times.

Negative: Despite the one month free help or trial from Dropbox, the product requires users to monthly dig deep in their pockets for maintenance.

Positive: Dropbox is a great way to share data intensive items, such as photos. We use an outside company to manage our website but always want to have fresh and current photos. With Dropbox it's a breeze to give them access without adjusting photo sizes. I can also remove what is obsolete so we are always working with fresh content. It is such a help!

Negative: I would love a better organizational structure for photos so they were easier to keep track.

Summary: Before use of Dropbox i had difficulty in managing my files. Now with Dropbox i move with my files wherever i go because of its compatibility with Mobile devices. I no longer have to carry or print loads of documents.

Positive: Dropbox is so easy to use and an extremely convenient way of storing my documents, videos, pictures and presentations. I like the fact that it acts as a backup for my online files so that i can share them with friends and colleagues at any time and from any device.
