Summary: We use this as our only platform to create quotes for our customers. We are happy with the software works in general.
Positive: If you are looking to prepare professional quotes then this software has a wide range of features.
The integration with the pricing engine works seamlessly
Easy to set up and get it up and running.Negative: Needs a lot of training to get used to the product.

Summary: It ties together each department and gives everyone visibility and information at their fingertips. The reports come in handy as well. I use the procurement report almost daily. The service boards and tickets also help to keep everything organized and allow for communication on a particular project all in one place.
Positive: The ability to create custom templates for different types of quotes/projects to quickly create quotes for clients.
The ability to get all the updated pricing from all our vendors without having to search the vendors websiteNegative: The ability to change the order porter template should be easier.

Summary: ConnectWise gives all people a chance to communicate freely, and this increases their interaction levels. Again, ConnectWise is timely in its delivery.
Positive: ConnectWise has controlled the charges for information sharing and collaboration.
There is speedy information sharing, which helps in successful business engagements.Negative: ConnectWise has many features, but not all of them that users understand. I would suggest the developer to upgrade the training work.

Summary: Overall we are quite happy with it although there are things that they could improve on in order for the user experience to be more friendly.
Positive: As it's a web-based platform, it gives the option for use 'on the go'. One of the plus points is that customers can sign in and use the payment function online.
Negative: There needs to be more clarity with regards to customers paying online as it can be a bit confusing for them. It could be simplified.

Summary: I think CWSell can be a great productivity booster for any organization in the IT or services sector by making their interaction with the customers very smooth.
Positive: - The biggest pro has to be the fact that it is a cloud-based solution. This makes salespeople of all types to use it from anywhere on any system.
- Customizable quote templates make it very easy for a multi-industry user base to use the tool based on their needs.Negative: The initial setup effort and ramp-up time can be higher compared to some other tools, especially if the people using it are first-time salespeople.

Summary: Overall, it's the best quoting solution if you use the ConnectWise stack. If you are not, look elsewhere as there is better quoting solutions.
Positive: It works well with ConnectWise Manage. It also connects to the popular distributors to get real time stock.
Negative: There is no in-between with SELL, you either have very basic looking quotes or quotes that take a lot of work to generate due to the complexity of the system. Templates for quotes are hard to design and often require professional services.

Summary: As I said in the list of cons, there's just too many negative things about this system for me to recommend it to anyone... we're sort of stuck using it since we use CW products.
Positive: We can get stuff quoted to users, it can track if they view the quote, and not much more than that unfortunately.
Negative: It's not really that good. Super slow site, strange bugs, poor integrations, annoying overall.
