You have the ability to record all your calls, whether they are outgoing, incoming, or conference calls, and all recordings are securely stored in your account. Each recording can be easily accessed for playback or downloaded in MP3 format, with no limitations on the number of recordings or their lengths. Feel free to make as many recordings as you desire, as they will always be available in your account. If you identify several key points during an hour-long conversation, you can mark those highlights in the recording for future reference. Your account can be linked to multiple phones, including your work phone, personal phone, or those of your colleagues. Additionally, you can organize your calls by adding labels and descriptions to remember the context of each conversation. The audio quality of your recordings is pristine, with no unwanted static or background noise. Recognizing that transcribing recordings can be tedious, we offer a transcript service so you can easily work with your call recordings. This feature greatly enhances your ability to capture and utilize important information from your conversations.

Description

The audio recording system is capable of monitoring and capturing data from various telephony platforms, VoIP systems, and any audio streams that utilize SIP and RTP protocols. This solution can be implemented on your organization's servers, or alternatively, audio traffic can be routed through a VPN tunnel to be recorded on our dedicated servers. The system ensures that recordings persist even during network disruptions, automatically uploading the files once the connection is restored. Multiple monitors can be recorded simultaneously, regardless of their positions or orientations, and during playback, these aspects are utilized to replicate the view as perceived by the agent. Each monitor is saved as a separate file, providing flexibility for playback speed and integration options. Users can create an unlimited number of custom forms, with each form capable of containing multiple categories, and each category can house numerous questions. Additionally, questions and categories can be shared across different forms, which not only promotes consistency in inquiries but also facilitates the ability to report on similar metrics across various datasets. This flexibility makes it easier to tailor the recording and reporting process to meet specific organizational needs.
