The inception of Lovingly traces back nearly twenty years when co-founder Joe recognized during his work with florists that their traditional business methods were hindering their growth. He observed that larger corporations were gaining a significant advantage online while local florists struggled to compete. These established businesses found themselves in a precarious position, relying on outdated marketing methods like local publications and the yellow pages, while also losing a substantial portion of their profits to order gatherers who took a heavy cut from sales, leaving the florists with barely enough to cover their floral expenses. This created a challenging scenario for various customers, such as a business associate seeking to send condolence flowers to a client miles away after a personal loss or a first-time shopper who was misled by enticing advertisements from larger competitors. Ultimately, Joe's insights underscored a crucial need for a platform that could better support local florists in navigating the modern landscape.

We pride ourselves on offering features that have been inspired and shaped by our Florists' experiences. Placing an order with our system is as effortless as starting your day. You have the flexibility to choose from multiple options: In-Store, Delivery, Pickup, or Wire. All necessary order details can be accessed from a single screen, eliminating the hassle of navigating through multiple pages when a customer wants to make changes. Adding products to your cart is incredibly simple—just a click is all it takes. Once you've located your desired item, click the "add" button and you're done. You can enter a customer's company name, their personal name, or phone number and hit enter; if they’re already in our database, they will be automatically selected for the order, streamlining the process. If they aren’t in the system yet, you'll have a chance to add their information right then and there. This seamless integration ensures a smooth experience for both you and your customers.
