Service.Direct is a flexible Service Management system that is available as a SaaS. It is compatible with ITIL for ITSM, but can also be used in other domains.
This SaaS solution supports all service management processes. Service contracts (SLAs) are the driving force of the web application. They determine who, what, and how quickly issues should be addressed.
The configurable workflow engine is the heart of the system and handles incidents, service requests, changes, and problems. The system handles incident classification, team assignment, and response/fix time.
Customers can access the solution via a self service portal. This allows end users to control their own data and ensures better quality inbound tickets.
